Little Letters

Dear Life,
Please, please stop being so busy. I want to stay home for a while. And not think about going places.

Dear Algebra, United States History, and German II,
Please do yourselves. You say I should be smart, so why can't you be smart enough to do your own work?

Dear People Who Like Nuts in Your Cookies,
You seriously have it wrong. How can you stand their bitter crunchiness? Chocolate is all you need!

Dear Madam Who Made the Ring I Am Wearing,
     I love it.

Dear Washington State,
Please put back the driver's licensing tests at the DMV offices.

Dear Chocolate Chip Zucchini Cake,
I love you. I miss you. I want to eat you. now.

Dear Amy,
Happy birthday! I hope you enjoy being eight.

Dear Hannah Elise,
I wish you didn't always itch to change things and always get bored with what you have now.

  2. Oh, my goodness! Love these, Hannah.

That first letter? YES! This is me also. I don't do well when life gets busy. :) Fortunately, this doesn't happen too often. :)

Hey, there's an idea: tough tasks or schoolwork? Yep, they should do themselves. I like that one.

Great fun, Hannah - many thanks for joining in!

    1. Aw, you should get a blog, Rebecca! That would be so cool.

#3 ... I was watching Christina Cooks on OPB (since I'm interested in vegan/raw/unprocessed cooking) and she was putting pecans in her chocolate chip cookies. And it was bothering me. Pecans do not go in chocolate chip cookies, people.

  4. I sooooo agree with your anti-nut in cookies stance! We have a regular argument at work about wether or not nuts belong in cookies. I'm usually way in the minority in hating them so I'm glad you and I see things the same way. ;)

    1. Wow, you're in a minority? That is wrong. . . .

  5. Love your letters! I enjoy doing this little meme now and again. It's so fun, isn't it? :)

And YES to no nuts in cookies!!! They just ruin them. It took quite a while for the people at my office to catch on, but now if they bring in cookies, there are always a few without nuts. I have never liked nuts in anything actually, but I will eat them by themselves. Kinda funny, but just the way I am. :D

    1. This meme was very fun. And different! I needed something *else* on this blog after a while of just getting stuck doing the same things over and over. . . .

I am the same way--I can eat nuts alone, but usually don't like them in anything. Peanuts in ice cream are okay, but I could definitely do without them!

  6. Wow, Hannah! Quite a change on the blog! It's very nice, just thought I'd mention to you it is rather wide. I have to scroll to the side to read your blog posts. :) Have a good one!

    1. Oh, I'm sorry about that, Rebecca! I'll see what I can do to lessen the wideness (isn't there another way to say that?).

    2. There is another way to say that- width:) By the way, for my guest post would you just like me to e-mail you???

      Layla.

    3. Do you have a Gmail account? If so, I'll send you an invite to become a temporary author on my blog and you can just post from there. If not, you can email the post to me (that's what Rebecca did, and it worked just fine) and I'll publish it myself.

    4. No, I only have e-mail. So just tell me when to send you the post:)

      Layla.

    5. Okay, fine. You can send it anytime!
